The foundation of every search is built by taking our client’s background and experience into consideration, along with their financial requirements and career goals, to build an industry-targeted list of businesses within their specific geographic area of interest. From handling all outreach, qualifying opportunities and collecting data, from conducting initial financial analysis to valuation and issuing a letter of intent, we handle the process fully for our clients, including sourcing financing for their acquisition. We also support private equity and family offices in their searches for acquisition opportunities, as well as work with sellers looking for a better way to identify buyers for their business.
