Tom came to Acquisition Finders in October 2023 after a lengthy career in Corporate America and as a small business owner himself. In fact, Tom’s initial experience with Acquisition Finders was as a client, now he has brought his vast experience to the firm to assist our clients in realizing their dreams.

Over his career Tom has had success with startups and as an acquisition entrepreneur. Tom was a co-founder of a systems integration company that grew to over $3M in revenue from a Fortune 500 client base. Tom also has direct experience in conducting a search for a target a business and completing a transaction. Tom has successfully acquired a small business, doubled its revenue and profit over a three-year period and exited with a sale to a P.E.-backed company executing a rollup strategy.

Tom’s previous professional experience includes the following:

• Executive leadership roles with education technology software companies including Blackboard and Transact Campus. For both organizations, he led the global professional service teams.

• Practice leader for KPMG’s Higher Education practice where he led capture and delivery teams for multi-million dollar strategy and technology projects.

• Sales and Sales Leadership roles at NCR Corporation.
